    For projects with a total cost exceeding $3000, we require a 50% down payment upon arrival of our crew and materials at the job site.
  • How will I receive my invoices?

    We offer both mailed and emailed invoices. Emailed invoices include a link to our customer portal, where you can access all your estimates, payments, and invoices. We accept credit/debit card payments, with options for manual or secure recurring payments.
  • What sort of standards are the employees held to?

    All Landscape Doctor team members adhere to our code of conduct. This includes wearing company uniforms, refraining from smoking on job sites, and strict adherence to our zero-tolerance policy regarding substance use.

    Our minimum charge for lawn mowing and spraying services is $60. Lawn care pricing is based on square footage. We offer treatment packages and are happy to provide detailed pricing information. Hardscape pricing varies based on accessibility, area, and materials used. For example, a paver patio of approximately 350 sq ft ranges from $6,000 to $12,500, while a 1200 sq ft patio costs between $12,500 and $20,000. A Versa-Lok block retaining wall, 25 ft long by 5 ft tall, is priced at approximately $7,500.
